Tigris was to recruit and train eight staff members for the program. These staff must be knowledgeable of Motorola’s ROKR phone, including its features and sales points. This program incorporated the launch of Madonna’s new album, which was loaded on the ROKR to demonstrate the phones iTunes features.
Tigris TSS were scheduled in teams of two and driven around in a branded stretch excursion limousine to attract attention and engage the public with demonstrations of the phones and to distribute flyers to enter an online contest to win a ROKR phone. This program concluded with the Santa Claus parade which involved continued demonstrations of the ROKR phones, as well as inviting the general public to make a long-distance phone call, compliments of Motorola in the spirit of the Christmas season. The Tigris team encountered thousands of people throughout the duration of the program and engaged them to sample Madonna’s music and make complimentary long-distance phone calls!

Tigris was to recruit and train eight staff members for the program. These staff must be knowledgeable of Motorola phones including the V3 RAZR , V551 and the Bell E815 to carry out their responsibilities at Motorola’s annual employee appreciation event called “Motoscape”. The Tigris TSS were scheduled in teams of two throughout the night in order to greet guests, serve drinks and food, take photos of guests (which were looped on screens around the club), and most importantly dance, mingle and entertain guests with their lively and friendly personalities. The guests at the event had an amazing time and partied from 6pm-2am!!!

Tigris trained one-two TSS per location in Toronto and Montreal. These staff must be knowledgeable of the features of the cell phone being promoted at the stores, as well as the price points associated with the sale. The Tigris TSS were responsible for demonstrating the functions of a cell phone, distributing flyers to potential customers and introducing them to Rogers’ representatives. The proactive sales initiatives executed by the Tigris team resulted in triple the volume of sales throughout the program.

Tigris put together a team of 8 outgoing and knowledgeable TSS who were trained on two Motorola phones. The Tigris TSS were scheduled in teams of two and hit three line-ups per shift including gala screenings and independent films. The Tigris TSS were responsible for playing movie trivia, on their demo phones, with the public. Owners of Motorola handsets automatically received a prize, while others had the chance to win a prize by correctly answering the movie trivia questions. Giveaways included Motorola M&M’s, laser key chains, CD’s, CD cases, and pens. The Tigris TSS engaged more than 10 000 people in movie trivia and handed out more than 25 000 prizes during the ten days of TIFF. It is estimated that the promotion also resulted in more than 50 000 brand impressions.

Tigris put together a team of twelve staff members for the program. These staff must be knowledgeable of Motorola phones including the V551, the V3 RAZR and the V220, as well as the specials being offered by Rogers Wireless.
The TSS were responsible for distributing flyers to potential customers, explaining the benefits of the promotion and introducing potential customers to Rogers sales associates. Perhaps most importantly, Tigris TSS were responsible for keeping potential customers occupied if there were no available sales associates available to answer his/her questions or to sign them up right away. This promotion resulted in more than 1000 sales throughout 18 days.

The Tigris team proudly hosted KRG Children's Charities 16th annual golf tournament for the 2nd consecutive year. The team executed a variety of fundraising initiatives including "Closest to the Hostess", Crack the Safe, Joker Poker, Raffle Tickets & Scratch Cards. The girls sales contributed to more than $20 000 for the esteemed charity!!

A team of six Tigris TSS hit the Santa Claus parade to promote the newest Motorola phone. The team reached out to hundreds of people at the parade and made a great impression on the general public.

Tigris was to recruit and train one staff member for this event. This Tigris TSS must be loud, outgoing and exceptionally friendly, in order to provide entertainment for the event as the host of “The Dating Game”. This event included a pre-event uniform fitting, training, rehearsal, and the event itself. Guests at the event participated in “The Dating Game” and had a wonderful time!!

Ten Tigris TSS got together to execute the Motorola "Show your Moto" street promotion. The team hit major spots in Toronto and took pictures of people passing by, to show off Motorola's fabolous new product.
